A little bit about me...

Hi, I'm Holly

Here’s a little insight into my journey: I’ve always been
into sports, and in my teens, I discovered my love for running. It didn’t take long for me to realise the powerful connection between going for a run and feeling happier and mentally clear. Back then, my approach to running lacked structure—I’d simply run based on how far or long I felt like going. A few years later, I started lifting weights, which I enjoyed for different reasons; it boosted my confidence and made me feel strong.

The challenge was figuring out how to combine both running
and strength training. Many said it couldn’t be done (I could go into the technical reasons why, but I’ll spare you the details because they were wrong!). Now, with over 10 years of experience balancing and enhancing both, I’ve developed the Hybrid Method. It’s designed to help others unlock the secrets I’ve learned and step into the strongest, fittest version of
themselves.
